Data handled by the app
Tumbler and barrel names, batches, stage records, grit or media amounts, reminder dates, notes, settings, and selected-photo paths are stored locally on the device. Version 1 contains no advertising SDK, developer analytics, account system, location collection, or cross-app tracking. DUSTLINE does not receive these records automatically.
JSON backup export and import remain available without Premium. A file leaves the device only when the user chooses an export or share destination; that destination then governs its copy.
02 / DEVICE ACCESS
Photos and notifications
The photo picker opens only after the user chooses to attach a stage photo. A selected image is copied to app-local storage. Notification permission is requested only when the user schedules a stage reminder. Refusal does not block core recordkeeping.
03 / GOOGLE PLAY
Optional lifetime purchase
Google Play processes the optional Premium purchase and restore. Google may process purchase, device, and account information under its privacy policy. TumbleLedger receives product, purchase, and entitlement status needed to show the store-formatted price and unlock features. DUSTLINE does not receive or store full payment-card details.
04 / RETENTION
Retention, deletion, and security
Records remain until the user archives or removes them, clears app storage, or uninstalls the app. Exported copies remain at the destination selected by the user and must be deleted there separately. App data uses the operating system's app storage; users should keep backups of important records.
TumbleLedger is a general hobby utility and is not directed to children under 13.
