Data handled by GrowLineage
Culture and batch names, lineage relationships, containers or locations, stages, notes, contamination observations, harvest weights, reminders, and photos are saved locally. The app has no advertising or analytics SDK, developer account system, cloud sync, or developer-operated backend. DUSTLINE does not automatically receive mushroom records, precise location, contacts, or health data.
JSON export and import remain free. Data leaves the device only after the user explicitly chooses an export or share destination.
02 / DEVICE ACCESS
Selected files, photos, and reminders
GrowLineage accesses only the backup file or photo the user selects. Selected photos are copied to app-local storage. Notification permission is used only to schedule reminders created by the user. Refusal does not block core records.
03 / GOOGLE PLAY
Optional lifetime purchase
Google Play processes the optional Premium purchase and restore and may process purchase, device, and account information under Google's privacy policy. GrowLineage receives purchase status and store-formatted product information needed to unlock Premium. DUSTLINE does not receive full payment-card details.
04 / SCOPE & RETENTION
Lawful recordkeeping only
GrowLineage is for lawful edible and gourmet mushroom recordkeeping. It does not provide cultivation instructions, illegal-substance assistance, species identification, medical or consumption advice, or food-safety judgments.
Local records remain until deleted, app storage is cleared, or the app is uninstalled. Exported copies must be managed separately. The app is not directed to children under 13.
